Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cleangutters-nj.com (the "Site") and the services provided by CleanGutters Lighting Co. ("CleanGutters," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
CleanGutters provides gutter guard installation, gutter cleaning, gutter repair, and related exterior services to homeowners in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. All service work is subject to a separate written estimate and signed agreement at the time of the in-home assessment.
2. Estimates
Free in-home estimates are no-obligation. Pricing depends on linear footage of gutters, gutter condition, number of stories, accessibility, and product selected. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Scheduling & Same-Day Service
Where advertised, "same-day appointments" and "next-day installs" are subject to availability, weather, and scheduling. We will always confirm a specific time window with you before arriving. If we cannot meet a same-day or next-day commitment, we will reschedule at your convenience.
4. Lifetime Transferable Warranty
Our lifetime transferable warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the home. The warranty transfers to the next homeowner at no charge when the property is sold. Warranty is void if the gutter system is modified, removed, or damaged by someone other than CleanGutters personnel. Full warranty terms are provided in your signed service agreement.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
If your installed gutter guards ever clog, we will clean them free of charge. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund your purchase price. Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. This guarantee does not cover damage from acts of nature (e.g., falling trees), structural failure of the home, or owner modification of the system.
6. Use of the Website
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; or (d) copy, reproduce, or republish Site content without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of CleanGutters Lighting Co. or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark law.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties (Website)
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanGutters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
